Today was a good day we got up and had breakfast and prepared for the day then we went to church and had an awesome service about revival in out souls. It was exactly what alot of us was needing to hear because you can tell that we are (mostly speaking of myself) needing some change in our lives. You can put your faith out there for so long that sometimes the human side of you says "Hey Lord, here I am, remember me the one listening to you and trying hard to do what is right, a little help please!!" but we do not know the big picture of what is going on so I just have to hold onto that and pray for the best. Sorry for rambling on about that. . . . . .
Anyway we came home and Purity had a friend stay over (Ashton) they played all three of them for a long time they even put on there swimming suits and played in the rain, LOL, I used to love to do that when I was a kid!! Sorry I did not get any pics. . .well then we are just chilling and watching movies it is nice just to have an easy day now and again!!
Their Grandma Shelly also stopped by and gave us school treats. . .crayons, markers, colored pencils, notebooks, paper, construction paper, scissors, and glue. . . .etc. . . it was very nice of her and I am blessed to have her in our lives, Thank you Shelly for all your support over the years with the girls!

I like to have fun, relaxing days, too! I am glad that you had such a nice day with the girls. You are so good about letting them have friends over. :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you got a lot of fun stuff for school. Isn't is a blessing to have someone that wants to, and enjoys being able to help like Shelly?
My kids like to play in the rain too, but here there is usually lightning with it, so it doesn't happen very often. It is fun, though! (I liked it when I was a kid, too)
