We went on our first family vacation down to see my sister, Shirley, and her family for Thanksgiving. It was a blast, 6 hours down really was not that bad. (kids slept most the way LOL!) It was nice to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving with a small family atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the fabulous weather they had down in Oklahoma the week we were there, They played outside everyday! Jumped on the trampoline and went to the park and just played played played!! I don't think my kids have ever played so much in 4 days as they did there (without fighting!!) It was really nice. I enjoyed talking to and getting to know my sister. We was not raised together and are developing a relationship as adults! I look up to her so much, she has a wonderful family and really well behaved children. She also home schools her kids and does a fab job of it! They always put the Lord in the center of their lives and I just would really love to strive to do better with everything too. Well Thanksgiving dinner was great and my sister did a wonderful job on the turkey it was perfectly done and was nice and juicy (not dry or anything!!) I enjoyed talking, playing games, and doing the girls hair for church. I hope to be able to visit more often! but next time is their turn. . . lol . . .waiting on you Shirley doors are open lol . . .

Months later and my kiddos are still talking about their cousins in Oklahoma . .I think they enjoyed themselves hahah.
