Bus go Bye-Bye into the River!!!!

Monday!!! NO!!!!

Well what can I say it was Monday, and none of us wanted to get moving. We got ready though and off we trudged. After morning route I can home and had a migraine behind my eyes and had to go and straight lay down. Barely got up for after noon route migraine was eased up enough to try and go to work.(I should of stayed home and this is why). . . .

Off to first middle school to pick up kids and out from behind my mirror flies a WASP!! I can not stand WASPS!! So I drive and am trying to watch it at the same time until I can get to the school and jump out!!!! Well I got there and did just that, One of my students laughed at me got on the bus and killed it. YEAH right, well I get on and sit down and as soon as I did another WASP started crawling up the window behind my head!! So off the bus I jumped again, by this time I have a crowd of hysterical teenagers laughing, Once again the same student got on and killed it. Grateful to him I gave him a rice crispy treat I had in my purse!! Well we loaded and was off but before we came to the first stop yet a THIRD WASP flew out from behind my mirror I am of course driving now and am not at a place to pull over the kids were all yelling and swatting at it, boy it was a crazy site!!! But again it was killed. I couple more drop offs and there is one sitting on my trash can right beside me. OH MY GOODNESS!! by this time I am convinced that there is a hive somewhere on the bus. It to was killed and I pulled over and looked for a hive. NONE to be found. but I was jittery by then. All the kids are laughing and making buzzing noises by now, can you picture it?

Well we did not get far and our state of the art new high dollar security system malfunctions!! So as I am driving this 8 ton big yellow school bus down the street the horn is honking every two seconds. . . .honk. . . honk. . . .honk. . . . honk and I tried to disable it but it would not go. So I am having to deliver the kids like this. . . HOW EMBARRASSING! people are coming out of their houses trying to see what was going on and here I am honking over and over again!!

NOT ONE MORE THING!! or I am going to drive this thing into the river I say. I shouldn't of said that. because as soon as I did the back window (I drive a rear engine bus the one that looks like a box with no front hood) buzzer malfunctions!! So on top of the honk . . honk. . .there is a steady buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!! By this time my head is thumping My nerves are shot and I am ready to go jump in the river myself. LOL but of course that was not it. MY 8 way lights to drop off the kids stopped working!!! Finally they decide to bring me a different bus so I get to the elementary school to trade buses and OH NO. They leave but the bus I get into the seat is stuck all the way up and was jammed it would not go back!! Well if you all know me I am by far not the most slender person in the world but I force myself into the seat knees to the dash and drive!!! This in itself must of been an hilarious scene for others!! Well got done. and took bus back! YEAH!!!!!

Then I went and picked up the girls and Zaden and took them to the schools PTA night at the skating ring!! They had fun and it gave me a minute to calm down!! I of course had to vent about my day to my friends Angie and Candee, They got a chuckle about it. Thanks Guys!! LOL

The kids had fun, but by the time we got out of there it was too late to try and go home and cook supper and all that so we went to Cabana and the kids got a happy meal and ice cream. We stopped by the little park by my house they ate and played then we took Zaden home! It was by then a better day. BEDTIME!!!! lol
